    Hi guys,

Who can I contact about refunding an entry fee? I entered as soon as I could but then a friend has decided to get married on the same day, inconsiderate!

I’ve tried a couple of emails but haven’t had a response yet.

    • 3pistescycle · November 6, 2014

Hi Ian, as per the T&Cs sadly we cannot offer refunds, however you will be able to defer your entry to 2016. Details on deferral process will be posted and emailed to entrants in April.

  2. Ian · November 6, 2014

No worries, deferral is just as good! Cheers

  3. jwjlewises Lewis · December 2, 2014

Do you have to personally collect the registration pack, or can a friend pick it up for you?

    • 3pistescycle · December 2, 2014

Sorry, for insurance purposes we need each rider to collect pack and sign on at registration. No exceptions.

  4. Ian Ramage · December 25, 2014

Alan, can I get a deferral too. Wife away to Valencia for a week for her birthday so I’m child care. Ian

    • 3pistescycle · December 27, 2014

Yes. Deferral request form will be available from March. Alternatively… Would the weans want to earn some cash and get a weekend away by helping marshal? Maybe they could ride shotgun in a couple of the broom wagons or help with registration and finish.
