The date for the 3 Pistes Cycle 2016 is Sunday 29th May. It’s a bank holiday weekend. We have big plans for a full weekend of cycling events, so get those winter training miles done, keep the whole weekend free and make a family holiday out of it.
Full details will be published at the end of October. Entry will open in early November to coincide with the transmission of BBC Adventure Show and articles in Cycling Weekly and The Cyclist.
Last weekend along we teamed up with Lowther Hills Ski Club to hold a new sportive in the Scottish Borders. Three distances (100miles, 100km and 55km) finished on the highest piece of tarmac in Scotland, on normally closed off private road up to the Radar station. The final climb of Mennock Pass onto the Radar road makes this the 2nd tallest climb in Scotland.
